P-Town Air to the rescue! We had an issue with our AC vents and they came right away to figure out a plan and within a few days they returned to fix our major issue and clean out our vents and blower! They were very respectable, respectful, orderly, efficient, and clean. They did their work and were in and out. No hidden fees or charges, they were good to their word! Dean, Luis, and Jesus have earned our business and we won't hesitate to call them whenever we have issues!

Worst new build install ever. If you want an unbalanced system that overly cools one side of your home while the other gets almost no air flow then this is the company to go with. Also found out system installed is over a ton to large.
I'm sure the electric company loves them! And their option to fix system only makes more problems. Hard to find a HVAC company in this area that actually goes by the book on ducted work.

Our ac stoped cooling. Called and they said give us a 1/2 hour. One hour later a technician showed up. He replaced a capacitor. He was here about 1/2 hour. For that we paid 350.00. $100 for service call which I think is fair. But $250 for the part, which I found on line that ranged from $9. To $20. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand that it’s normal to mark up parts but really?

Our air conditioner died and our home warranty contractor claimed the issue wasn't covered and we were left hanging. Dean came out to our house the same day we called PTown and gave us a fair quote and replaced our air conditioner quickly. His team was professional and friendly and really helpful to us as we are new in town.

The best in service and price! We called another AC company and they wanted $16,000 for a new unit! Ptown was less than a third. On time, masked and clean. I'd absolutely call them again. And our new unit is super efficient and quiet

I called yesterday afternoon when my AC went down. They were here next morning. Replaced worn out fan motor. Very competent technicians Sal and Frank. This was my first time using P-Town Air. I can guarantee they are who I will call if any of my 3 HVAC units fail again. Friends recommended them and I will also recommend to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement. Just for the record last time I had a problem AC unit, it took 3 weeks to get someone from Home insurance company to send a repairman from Las Vegas. And I still had to pay the service charge.

On a Wednesday I called to set up an appointment to install a dryer vent and replace the blower on our air conditioner. The appointment was set for Thursday from either 12 to 4 or 1 to 4. At 3:55 no one had showed up so I called and was told the girl who answers the phone didn't submit our appointment to the HVAC team. We reschedule for Friday from 12 to 2. They show up and fix the blower but they don't have time to look at the dryer vent. The guy tells us they will call the following week to set up an appointment. On Monday I expected to hear from them but they never called so I called them. For whatever reason the girl that answers the phone can't set up an appointment without talking to the HVAC guy so she tells me she will give him my message and he will call me. They never called. I will not be doing business with them in the future as their receptionist seems completely incompetent. If she can't make appointments why is she answering the phone?
