We had P & L Mechanical update our HVAC unit in our house and were extremely happy with their work. They finished the installation quickly, were extremely courteous during the installation and cleaned everything nicely after everything was complete. If I could give six stars I would. I live in an apartment and have been battling the office for five weeks to fix my air conditioning. Maintenance had been in and out several times and Seem to be unable to figure out the problem. I text Paul and he got me an appointment the next day. They text me when they were on their way and even arrived early. They spotted the problem but being a renter gave me notes to show the office. After they left maintenance made it seem like I was last on the list. I text Paul and they CAME BACK and fixed the problem. Needless to say after 5 weeks of frustration these guys saved the day. I would highly recommend them.

Paul is so kind, honest, friendly, and I will always go to him for my HVAC needs. He listens, doesn’t pressure you into services you don’t need, and communicates very quickly. He had to come out to my house twice in two weeks and I was impressed both times. I’d give him 6 stars if I could.

I’ve had to have Paul come by twice in the last 7 years, which is exactly the max you want someone coming by for your A/C. Both times he’s gone out of his way to stop by my place to see if he could help, and both times he’s fixed my problem for much cheaper than I anticipated paying. Can’t recommend enough.
