Came to the store to purchase a mellow fellow Delta ATC (purple punch) did not have my flavor. So I purchased a FLYING MONKEY FOR $30.99 PLUS TAX and when I got home I opened it and was trying it out and the wax or oil was coming out of the mouthpiece and than it would actually get stuck. I decided to call and tell them what had happened that maybe it's a defect. And the lady on the phone told me that the "owner" would be in to help me out between 2-3pm. When I arrived the "owner" was not there it was a "manager" and I asked is there anyway he can contact the "owner" and he stated that he was basically afraid to call the owner because he knows what he'll say about the policy. So there was basically no way they can accommodate me at all and that I spent $30 on an item that I purchased there that doesn't work at all. Shame on me to even choose this store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IN THIS STORE. Please people do not purchase the FLYING MONKEY THC VAPE ITS A WASTE.

So over the weekend, I went to this vape shop to purchase the Delta 8 oil cartridge.
When I got home and try putting the cartridge into my oil pen, it did not work.
That's because, the Delta 8 will only work together with a push button oil rechargeable pen. The girl there never mention to me, it won't work on a regular oil pen. Today, I went to the vape shop to explain what happen. That's when I found out, the oil cartridge must be used on a push button rechargeable pen. Well just so happens, my push button pen don't work.
So I call the store to see if I can exchange for another, the woman told me no. Unfortunately, all sales are final.
DO NO GET RIPPED OFF FROM THIS STORE...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IN TOWN!
