The staff are always friendly. They answer the phone when you call in and greet you when you go into the office. Dr. Ignell always takes time to listen and talk with you, he is very knowledgeable and also talks with you about any referrals he would like to make for you. This was my first experience with Bay Care and Dr. Ignell. I will say everyone was positive, pleasant and helpful from check-in to check out! It was a wellness visit and Dr Ignell was thorough, soft spoken and caring throughout the discussion and recommended preventive care. At check-out, they provided all the information I needed for scheduling the recommended follow up care. I highly recommend!
