This is not a senior photo review , just regular annual September school pics . The picture quality does not look professional at all . I’m disappointed that I paid for my daughter’s pictures this year to say the least . You can tell the photographer did a rush job to get every student through , which I understand yet don’t excuse when it comes to the value of the service . My daughter still looks beautiful but the picture is not quality . Brief suggestions to the students such as “ fix your collar , turn a little this way ,” would definitely aid in presentation. Then more effort in editing the photo to look softer , more professional would definitely go a long way . I’ve got better pictures with portrait mode on my phone . To leave on positive note , my daughter said the photographer was friendly . That matters a lot because some photographers lack even a sense of kindness while taking students photos so I’m grateful for that . I also like their digital ID app as a feature for students .

I am very disappointed that my daughter's school used them as their photographer. Last year I paid $27 for one photo of my daughter's school class. They sent me the wrong class photo twice because two Mrs. Browns are in the school. After receiving the weibg image the second time, I called them, and they promised to correct it. I never received the photo the third time, so I paid $27, and I missed out on having the memory of my daughter's second-grade classroom, which is very important memory for me; two weeks ago, I ordered my daughter's photos, and I still have not received them. I do not trust this company. I’m so disappointed in them. I paid almost $30 for a photograph and never received it. I wish my daughters school would use lifetouch.

The quality is pretty decent, and the service is pretty good as well. The main issue is pricing. They overcharge significantly on not only just the process of taking the photo, but also receiving the photo. A photo download is $100 for a single photo, and the cheapest option for a physical photo is $50 (not including taxes, shipping, etc.). Capitalizing off the fact that for most high schoolers this is the only option for senior photos their county allows is kind of crazy

I would like to be able to give another rating but Leonard Studio's work in my personal experience was terrible. My son's photos were out of frame and out of focus. The lighting in the photos is very bad, as are the angles. I requested a package with all the photos, of course at an extra cost , without retouching because I wanted my son to look as he is and the photos arrived without focus and lack of lighting, you literally cannot see his face in some photos. I am very disappointed in the work of Leonards studio. They should respect their work and the client. a professional photo without light and out of focus I don't understand it

If I could give them negative reviews I would. They will not provide you with images they take. They have a broken system and say they email proofs which is complete lies. They charge you hundreds of dollars for Senior pictures and do not provide you with the service.

Affordable senior photos with great quality and extremely professional staff. The photographer's took their time with various props, back grounds and poses. I would highly recommend this studio for senior photos.

Not only is this studio extremely overpriced with poor customer service but they lost my sons senior cap and gown pictures with not even an apology or explanation .I kept calling the studio because I was checking their website if they were ready to view and was told they should be soon and than I spoke with someone finally at the studio and they said let me see if I can find them they never called me back and I gave them a few days and when I called back they said you can retake them at Ft. Myers which is about 4 hrs from where I live. I’m very surprised that they have a contract with OCPS with the poor customer service that they give and have lost many students photos. The senior year is special , you would think that they would have a better system not to loose photos for such a special milestone in a students life.

Had my daughter's senior picture taken here today and our experience was wonderful! The lady working the front desk was very helpful and courteous and answered all my questions. Santiago was our photographer and we loved him! He was very patient, friendly, and had a great sense of humor! Thank you for the excellent service!
