Went for Canada passport photos. They did a great job and the photos were accepted by the passport agency without any issues. Highly recommend them.

Look and read ALL of their negative reviews, PLEASE, before you go in there and waste your time and money!

My wife called this place twice to confirm both the hours and the price. They told her twice, that it would be $20 for a set of 4 passport photos printed for infants and toddlers. They also told her that it’s cash only too. So we stopped by the bank to withdraw money, since we don’t carry cash around, since everything is pretty much Apple Pay nowadays.

Once we got there, there were two people inside, an older Chinese lady and her husband. They argued with us saying it was $25 for 4 photos. We kept telling them that my wife called twice to make sure. When we were about to leave, they told us that they’ll do 2 photos for $20. Frustrated, and figured we’re already there, we went ahead and proceeded. When checking out, he gave us a receipt with $21 and some change knowing we only had a $20 bill. He argued again saying tax, etc.

We were about to leave, then the lady X off the receipt and gave us the photos and took the $20 while speaking in Chinese to her husband. Extremely rude.

Both of the photos were so low quality and extremely blurry. So we basically just donated $20 to this business and this couple.

It’s 2024, not being clear on the phone, on top of not taking any form of other payment, regardless if it’s debit cards, credit cards, other wireless payments, and only cash, is a way for your business to close down soon. On top of being rude, speaking another language in front of your customers and giving half baked quality work, is setting yourself up for failure.

DO NOT come here unless you like to donating your time and hard earn money away!!!

I first called asking how much it cost for infant passport photo and the guy told me it was $20 for 2 photos and CASH ONLY. I called TWICE to make sure because I dont carry cash and had to go withdraw money. Went in and they told me $25 for 4 photos. I told them I only have $20 because that’s what the guy told me over the phone. When we were about to just leave, the lady said she’ll do it and charged me $1.65 for tax when I specifically told her I ONLY HAVE $20. The photos came out HORRIBLE. It’s BLURRY! The quality is horrible that we went to another studio to get it done. what a waste of money. The couple here are extremely rude as well. I do not recommend this place.

I recommend going to 59 Minute Studio. It is about 10-15min away from this place. They took wayyyyy better photo. It was about $18 with tax for 2 photos or $25 for 4 photos.

I came here to take two sets of photos for Hong Kong passport and ID renewal. This store is owned by a Chinese couple. They have most photo specs. They know what they're doing; it was quick and the photos came out great.

FYI, they only take cash.

We love this place! So friendly. Excellent quality photos. And quick. What a gem. When we moved from Canada we found it while searching a place that did Canadian passport photos, and it is my favorite spot for passport photos, by far. They do US passport photos too. Definite 5 stars!
