I went to see Doctor Truong for a preop and everything went great, she’s always very kind and professional. On this specific appointment her medical assistant Sierra was beyond amazing, getting everything done super fast and perfect.

ARC at Anderson Mill was awesome. Terrific, can do front desk staff. The doctor (Truong) was so good- straight forward, no nonsense, cut to the chase.

Rushed, misunderstood my request for care. Absolute of sympathy/empathy. She walked out of the visit mid sentence and never returned, leaving me half dressed on the table confused and my issue unaddressed.

I feel Dr. Truong took the time to ask good questions about my health and listened to my concerns. She took appropriate action to address my health issues. I had a very little wait time and I am impressed how efficient the whole process went, including the onsite lab.

Dr. Truong was very rushed and did not take anything to listen to any of my health concerns around my family history of diabetes and hyperthyroidism. I agreed to have her do my Pap smear instead of going to a gyn which I should have not. She was extremely forcefully with her instruments. I have never had a provider so rough. Durning the Pap smear, which was also rushed, she prematurely closed the speculum and caught my cervix. Then she see-sawed the speculum out causing me a lot of pain and to bleed. She seemed surprised that I was bleeding and suggested it was my period though I haven’t started and am expecting to start. She made a comment that she had to clean up my blood before the nurse came back in because he was male. When I asked for a pad so I didn’t have to get blood on my clothes she couldn’t find one and suggested I use gauze. I very luckily found a pad deep in my purse (I am very regular and use a menstrual disc so I don’t often carry a pad). She did not check in with me and rushed out of the room while I was changing. I left the appointment in tears.
