I am the founder and President of a local non-profit, and a month prior to our annual fundraiser gala, the photographer that we had booked a year prior ghosted us. There was no communication despite multiple attempts, so I went to the Oviedo Facebook page and asked for recommendations for a photographer who would be willing to donate their time and talent at the event. Amaduzzi Photo Studio responded right away. They were amazing from the start. Punctual, professional, thorough and a very quick turnaround of complimentary photos for our guests. They provided a beautiful backdrop, two photographers and captured all of the candid moments of the night as well as portraits for our guests to enjoy. We received a link with all of our photos within 48 hours of the event. I cannot thank them enough for coming to our rescue, supporting our foundation and providing our guests with an incredible experience. We had a terrible studio and customer service experience. I came to the studio on 12/23 to take photos for my daughters first Christmas with me and my extended family. We asked about the turnaround for the photos and were told that they were going to push to have them done by Christmas or a day or two after. It is currently December 29 and we do not have our photos. I called and asked for an update on when they would arrive and was told that the editor would be out of town until January 3. They did not know when I was going to have my photos. I wanted to speak to a manager because this timeline for photos was different than the one that was shared in stores but it turns out that the manager is also out of town until January 3. I feel like I wasted my money and no one from the studio was able to offer me a solution. This is deeply disappointing and has put a negative tone to a big family event. I totally understand people taking time off during the holidays, but I wish that the timeline that was shared before we took the photos was accurate so we could have gone someplace else.

Wonderful customer service, very accommodative to schedule/needs. They were extremely patient and engaging when having my daughter’s infant pictures done. Pictures turned out beautiful, with a fast turn around time as well.

We just finished our baby’s cake smash session and they didn’t disappoint with their creativity to get the right shots even with our little one that’s a lil bit “suspicious” of everything. Love this studio! As an Oviedo local, I feel like I’ve found the gold mine! We have used the studio so far for our Christmas card pictures (which were also a baby announcement!) and to get updated headshots. We are planning our newborn photoshoot in June and can’t wait! The studio is so clean, the staff is so sweet and accommodating, and there are soooooo many options and backgrounds that go from cute/cheesy to realistic/beautiful. So excited to have found a close place for all of our photography needs at SUCH reasonable prices. And they work fast!!! I got my pictures within two days both times!! Amazing experience! Had a maternity photo shoot and the staff are ALL AMAZING, the poses directed by the staff were great and friendly, especially when I had no idea how to pose , very professional, clean and organized,photographer did an amazing job, and just the overall experience was superb!
