Customer be aware of their prices!!!! Make sure that you ask how much it will cost you before you have them come to your house. They were at my house for 5 minutes and we were charged $90.00!!!!

My irrigation system went dead all of sudden, so I called P&J Sprinkler Repair to have someone take a look at it. Patrick came this morning (very punctual) and checked the timer and knew right away what was wrong with it. He repositioned a couple of wires and voila! my sprinklers are alive again. He also reprogrammed the timer to the city recommended schedule. And he didn't even charge anything for the service. I highly recommend P&J Sprinkler repair for any yard work/maintenance you may need. P&J rock.

I'd recommend P&J Sprinkler Repair without reservation! They came highly recommended from family that had used their services previously and they lived up to their reputation. They did a big irrigation project for me, including replacing 20+ sprinkler heads, relocating some heads based on recommendations, and installation of rain sensor and timer. FANTASTIC WORK!! Patrick and staff are respectful, fast, courteous, fair, and reliable. Seriously, look no further, I would absolutely use them again, no hesitation. I highly recommend them!

Edited To Reply: Yeah my wife was the one who delt with you guys. No way are we wasting anymore of our time sending anything..we wouldn't even want your service if it was free. Taking the easy way out by automatically claiming this is a fake review is pretty expected instead of being apologetic and taking ownership but is in line with what we've experienced. Good luck.

My first and only experience so far is a simple repair that I had done to one sprinkler head today. I called and left a message and was promptly called back by Jessica (I believe). We scheduled for 2 days later and to my surprise Patrick was much earlier than expected. Fortunately I was home but I am glad he was early as opposed to late. Both Patrick and Jessica were courteous from first contact to last. Patrick was very reasonable on price and completed the work very quickly and took time to answer my numerous questions on future work. I firmly believe that if something happens to the new area worked on today that he will stand by his work. At this point I have to say this was a very positive experience and I intend to continue to do business with him in the future.

They were really good when they replaced all my sprinklers. Couple months later i busted one of my front yard sprinklers called to see if they could come out and fix it. They said they were extremely busy which i understand. Said she could come in about a week on the 10th. The 10th came i called to make sure they were still coming she said she would call the installer and call me back never got that call back my wife waited all day they never showed up. I called many times got the answer machine never got a call back. If your busy i understand but you could at least return someones call. I went with someone else to get the job done.
Wow i checked my email i have no email from you ....you are the one that told me that you would call back. Your comments to peoples complaints is incredible
