Austin Placencia provided excellent customer service, showing a variety of products and offering pricing options and size options, and suggestions on what sizes and substrates would work best for my photos. I normally deal with the two Big Photo Houses, but this time Horn Photo had the item, new and in stock, so I gave them a try. Horn is now my “first look” house. Fast service (4 days, 3,100 miles away!) and good packing. Item as advertised. What more can you ask for?

Needed to have my baby’s passport photo taken and this place seemed very professional and highly recommended. Was asked to bring my infant back when it was day light outside (for photos we would be taking inside with artificial light). No problem, we came back the next morning before our appointment for the passport halfway across town. I fed my baby, out bright clothes on and had baby happy for the time of the photograph. Upon going to the passport office I was told that Horn studios had printed the photo 3mm too big so my photos were going to be rejected and I needed to redo them. Horn studio refused to shrink them but asked that we bring my baby back to the studio to reshoot. At this point my baby was wanting nap time & to nurse, had a full blowout & was no longer in a happy mood to keep eyes open and look at the camera. At $50 for 2 photos I expected more professionalism. As a first time mom of an infant it was an awful & expensive 2 days of up and down driving around town. I would’ve appreciated had they got it right the first time.

Amazing and super helpful! Went in looking to purchase a lens for a wedding shoot. They guided me to what lens and specs that I should be using. I was able to rent the lens I wanted and reserve it for the dates I needed it! So so happy!

I have been coming to this location for about a year and I recently came in to turn in my film and my camera that was bought from there was sadly not working properly. Everyone tried to help me and pry it open and they allowed me to leave it there to figure it out, they told me to wait a week but I got a call the same day. Before leaving they told me that there was a high percentage of the camera coming back as non- operable so I expected it and when they called me they told me that it wasn’t but! They had an extra one in the back. What life savers!!! I am so thankful for them allowing me to get the same camera with no cost. Thank you horn photo!!
