By far and wide the most unprofessional film lab that I’ve been to in the country. I should have trusted the old reviews I read from his West Palm location. I asked for my negatives back and the owner threw them away by mistake and refused to make it right by refunding me. According to the owner, giving back negatives is a free service they offer. I spent over $30 on that roll of film. It was not free and at the end of the day I own it and have the right to receive it back, which is how it works at virtually every other film lab out there. The scans were poorly done and he argued with me that it was my camera…a camera I have used hundreds of times and never received such poor quality scans back from. Biggest regret was going here. Don’t trust them with anything valuable. CVS would have done a better job. To lose someone’s possessions and refuse to make it right as a business owner is a poor move. Refunding someone $25 could make all the difference. It’s taking care of your customers so they come back again and again. I spend thousands of dollars a year on film development and this guy just lost all of my business.

Update: he ended up calling me back and offering a store credit. I’m owed a refund. I no longer trust this place so why would I take a store credit and trust them to develop my film properly and not lose my belongings again? I want to repurchase the roll of film he lost. There were no misunderstandings. The owner openly admitted to throwing away my negatives by mistake. I did not have a friend pick them up, I was the one in the shop who filled out the form and requested the negatives back. That is quite a lengthy and fabricated reply from the owner. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Spent time last week with a very important person for the first time. Found out my film roll might be completely blank from placing it in the camera incorrectly. Lucky for me the staff still offered to see if they can retrieve any photos off the roll and wouldn’t you know my pictures came out perfect. Can’t explain in words how pleased I am. Will be returning, thanks again.

Hunter and the staff at 60 Minute Photo were incredibly helpful, friendly and walked me through the process to get exactly what I needed out of my prints. You do not get this type of care buying online or from the larger print shops. I will be going back here for all my future prints. I was very happy with the service and prints I received here. I needed a passport picture taken for myself & one printed for my baby, and 60 minutes photo was able to do both of these things for me. The passport photo that they took for me turned out so much better than the previous picture I had taken at a different drugstore. They were also able to edit my babies photo and make sure it would be approved for travel. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and they take the time to answer your questions. I highly recommend this location for passport pictures as well as any photos you need printed or edited.

Jupiter store is awesome! Had a project in mind for acrylic photos for the boat but was unsure of how to achieve what we wanted. After talking with Jessica we left feeling very confident! They far exceeded my expectations and delivered exactly what we had invisioned. The end result was nothing short of amazing! We got our passport pictures done here. The price for them were more affordable than the competitions nearby. We got the pictures within minutes. The staff were nice and friendly.

I called them a week before Christmas to get a large canvas print done for a present. They were so nice and professional and even got my large print to me 3 days prior to the date I asked for if to be done. My sister cried when she opened it ❤️. I will only go here from now on!
