Really unhappy with the service. He was accommodating and let me reschedule my appointment. However, I wasn’t happy with how my make up looked in the camera, so I said maybe I should touch it up and he said not to worry as it wouldn’t be noticeable in the photos as they are passport photos. It was noticeable, I wasn’t happy with the result and he said that to re-take the picture I’d have to pay again. I do not recommend.

Really great place; I was in need of new passport photos and did not want to settle for photo booth monstrosities. It's super easy to book in for an appointment online and the website is well taken care of (as in updated, easy to navigate and informative; should be a no brainer, but several businesses seem to neglect this part). The studio is in a flat, up a flight of stairs, but you will be greeted right away, so you won't get lost. The studio is very nice, clean, bright. I was given time to prep for the photo and I did not feel rushed at all. I asked for some retakes, so I had a selection of shots. In total I was there for maybe 5 minutes, had my photos printed and could go my merry way. The photographer Pavel was incredibly kind, patient and professional. I can only recommend this place.

The photographer is excellent! He made amazing photos about my team, it is superb quality, beyond expectation! Price was very reasonable, and with top quality pics! I will use this next time again! By the way, the photographer has a great sense of humour too, which was important to make my team smile for the photos 🙂

Having purchased a photo session & print for £35, I was expecting a quick, cursory session with a photographer for my three kids and their granny. In fact, Pavel spent close to an hour taking photos of each of them individually and together, with various props and arrangements. I was then invited to see the photos in a really pleasant screening room with a coffee! The pictures just glowed. They made me thankful for the kids all over again. It was really great work on the editing and lighting. Of course I wanted to preserve more than one photo, but I had some trouble finding a package I could afford. Pavel helped me work it out, and in the meantime he gave no pressure at all and was very pleasant and responsive to every email. Be prepared for a lot of stairs to climb, and for professional prices, BUT also for a real gent to deal with, and some truly fantastic photos. And, of course, we have a completely delighted granny!
